Dreaming big: The Beautiful Beginnings Childcare Center, 8120 Bustleton Ave. in Rhawnhurst, recently held its annual parade to celebrate the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s Month of the Young Child. Children dressed in costumes of what they might want to be when they are older. They crossed the street to Pelbano Recreation Center, where they met children from the neighboring Kinder Academy.
